About the position
We are seeking a Senior Amazon Advertising Manager who possesses a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This hybrid role, based in our Bohemia, NY office on Long Island, requires a leader who is deeply involved with data, drives strategy from the forefront, and achieves results directly. This position is not for individuals who solely delegate or review presentations; we need an active participant who thrives in the details and leads by example.
Responsibilities
• Set the vision for Amazon Advertising across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
• Drive strategies to expand market share, maximize ROAS, and build long-term brand equity in supplements and wellness.
• Forecast and manage large ad budgets with profitability as a key consideration (ACOS, ROAS, TACOS).
• Regularly engage with advertising platforms to review data, optimize campaigns, and test new strategies.
• Lead by example by demonstrating how to scale successful campaigns, eliminate wasteful spending, and quickly act on insights.
• Mentor and develop a team of high-performing advertising specialists.
• Track daily performance metrics including CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ACOS, ROAS, and TACOS.
• Utilize Amazon Marketing Stream and advanced analytics tools for real-time optimizations.
• Translate data into actionable insights that influence not only advertising strategies but also pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
• Partner with Creative and Brand teams to develop compliant, high-converting ad assets.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance to align advertising spend with inventory levels and margin targets.
• Work with Product Development to ensure successful new product launches on Amazon with comprehensive ad support.
Requirements
• 5+ years in Amazon Advertising, retail media, or performance marketing.
• At least 2+ years of experience leading teams.
• Proven success in managing large ad budgets and achieving profitable growth.
• Deep expertise in Seller Central/Vendor Central advertising, DSP, and third-party tools (e.g., Pacvue, Helium 10, Perpetua).
• Strong analytical background with expert-level Excel skills.
• Hands-on operator comfortable with both strategy formulation and detailed execution.
• Ability to successfully clear drug screening processes, which include testing for all illegal substances per Federal Guidelines.
