Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in middleware, infrastructure, and cloud environments
- Proven experience delivering large-scale implementation and migration projects
- Strong hands-on expertise with Middleware: WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat
- Strong hands-on expertise with Messaging: IBM MQ, Artemis MQ, Mule ESB
- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services and hybrid architectures
- Experience in 24/7 production environments with SLA accountability
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system design skills
- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, Security Specialty)
- Experience in regulated industries (government, financial services, insurance)
- Familiarity with Linux, AIX, Unix, Windows Server, and Oracle
- Experience with enterprise security tools (LDAP, SiteMinder, IAM)
- Exposure to Generative AI / AI-assisted operations concepts
