Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through chat, SMS text and phone calls live in the moment or in a scheduled appointment
- Showcase our merchandise online, sharing detailed information about each item’s features and benefits
- Provide information about extended service agreements and financing options, ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience
- Contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, store collaboration, and connected commerce
- Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude
- Conduct outreach to maintain long-lasting customer relationships and build a personal sales clientele
