Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, selling complex technical cybersecurity solutions to security, engineering, and executive stakeholders
- Build strong customer relationships and act as the voice of the customer to influence product development
- Define and document sales strategies, messaging, pricing, and packaging for the US market
- Develop outbound, inbound, and founder-led sales playbooks, positioning the product against competitors
- Establish the company's presence in the US, identify key customer segments, and support partnerships and pilot deals
- Hire, mentor, and help shape future sales team members and sales culture
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud, or developer-focused products
- Track record selling complex, technical solutions in the US market
- Ability to work independently without existing structures or brand recognition
- Strong collaboration skills with technical founders and security engineers
