Responsibilities
- Engaging prospects using provided leads and closing sales within 1–2 conversations
- Following structured sales processes and scripts to qualify prospects and handle objections
- Maintaining accurate CRM records of opportunities and follow-ups
- Achieving daily and weekly KPIs such as dials, contacts, and closes
- Participating in coaching and call reviews to improve performance
Skills
- High school diploma
- 1–7 years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Experience working in KPI-driven environments
- Selling to SMBs
- Familiarity with marketing solutions
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced setting
