Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DataX Connect is seeking a QA/QC Program Manager (Owner’s Representative) for a major data center construction program. The role involves building and maturing the owner-side quality management system to ensure quality expectations are met across multiple projects and disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Establish and continuously improve the program-level QA/QC management system across data center projects
- Build quality governance, reporting structures, escalation paths, and accountability mechanisms
- Standardize quality plans, procedures, audit protocols, and KPIs across phases and trades
- Oversee contractor quality performance and lead gap assessments and corrective improvements
- Drive program rollout, training, and continuous improvement, including root cause analysis
Skills
- 10+ years in construction, commissioning, or project delivery, including 7+ years in quality leadership
- Proven ability to develop and mature QA/QC systems at program or organizational level
- Experience establishing quality governance, reporting, and contractor oversight practices
- Strong written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders and advocate for quality
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Travel as needed for site reviews and stakeholder alignment
- Data center or mission-critical facility experience
- Commissioning stakeholder experience (Cx) and MEP coordination
