Position Overview

The Product Operations Specialist – Customer Support is a critical member of careerzynith’s Marketplace Management team. In this remote, full‑time role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of travel‑related products such as lodging, vehicle rentals, insurance, and ancillary services. You will design, implement, and maintain vendor contracts, pricing rules, and inventory controls while ensuring accurate and timely product delivery across all sales channels.
