As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and driving business growth. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our call center team in Middle River, MD. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers' needs are met with professionalism and care.
