**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Overnight Crisis Chat/Text Licensed Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts, including crisis intervention services and risk assessments.
* Providing administrative and personnel support to clinicians, including reviewing chats and texts, and documenting front-line clinician activities.
* Assisting with training as needed, ensuring that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional care.
* Providing on-call clinical support to staff as needed, ensuring that our team is always available to respond to crisis situations.
* Answering calls, chats, and texts as needed, providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments to individuals in need.
**Key Qualifications:**
* Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or a related field from an accredited college or university.
* Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
* Bilingual skills are preferred, but not required.
* Crisis and customer service experience are also preferred.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Annual salary: $75,012.08 - $95,632.16, based on years of licensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
