- Contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and tools
Skills
- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with hands-on experience in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot)
- Skills in Front-End Development, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Skills in Full-Stack Development, including building and maintaining end-to-end web solutions, integrating front-end and back-end components, and working with RESTful APIs
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), and build/CI tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle, Jenkins)
- Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work remotely and independently or in distributed teams
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code, perform code reviews, and follow agile methodologies
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
