As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our clients, helping them understand and maximize their prescription benefits. Whether you’re guiding a member through formulary details, assisting a pharmacy with claim inquiries, or proactively reaching out to customers regarding prescription orders, your work will directly impact the health and satisfaction of countless individuals.
This is a full-time, permanent remote position based in the United States, offering 35–40 hours per week. We operate seven days a week, with business hours spanning from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm local time. To meet the needs of our diverse customer base, flexibility is essential—you’ll be scheduled for one of our 8-hour shifts within this window.
We understand that starting a new role can feel overwhelming, which is why careerzynith provides comprehensive paid training from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, lasting four to five weeks. This training ensures you feel confident, competent, and prepared before engaging with members. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
