As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will spend the majority of your workday on the phone, engaging in warm, consultative conversations with consumers who have either expressed interest in our clients' services or have been identified as ideal candidates for additional offerings. You will be the bridge between curiosity and conversion—listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and using our proven scripts to guide each conversation to a successful outcome. When the moment is right, you will seamlessly transfer qualified prospects to a sales representative at the client, ensuring a smooth handoff and a stellar customer experience from start to finish.

This is a full-time, remote position with a starting rate of $15.00 per hour. We offer flexible shift options between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, allowing you to design a schedule that fits your life while still meeting business needs. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with regular opportunities for performance-based advancement.
