Responsibilities

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous remote work experience required
- Minimum 6 months of call center experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of banking products and card services
- Basic knowledge and understanding of remittance processes
- Ability to work flexible and shifting schedules
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer support environments
- Experience handling high-volume customer interactions
