The role involves providing clinical informatics expertise to support healthcare quality initiatives and ensuring clinical data compliance with healthcare standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical informatics expertise to support healthcare quality and population health initiatives
- Ensure clinical data aligns with healthcare standards, regulatory requirements, and certification guidelines
- Support preparation and maintenance of certification and compliance documentation
- Identify, analyze, and resolve clinical data quality issues
- Collaborate with technical and clinical stakeholders to improve healthcare data interoperability
- Analyze healthcare data to support strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with diverse healthcare stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Support digital quality measurement and healthcare data modernization efforts
Skills
- 7+ years of professional experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, healthcare data management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of clinical data standards, healthcare interoperability, and healthcare information systems
- Experience working with healthcare data quality, validation, and certification processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and reporting healthcare data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting digital healthcare initiatives or quality measurement programs is highly desirable
