Orchestra is a strategic communications and marketing company seeking an Account Supervisor, Digital Advocacy to join their Integrated Marketing Channels team. The role involves leading and supporting advocacy-focused clients, managing integrated cross-channel campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-performing work.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day lead across multiple client accounts, managing timelines, deliverables, and client communications
- Lead creation and execution of integrated cross-channel campaigns spanning email, social media, influencer partnerships, digital activations, and more
- Drive strategic client recommendations informed by audience insights, campaign goals, and platform best practices
- Oversee campaign execution from planning through launch, ensuring quality control, consistency, and strong performance across channels
- Review, edit, and QA client-facing materials including email copy, social content, campaign assets, and reporting deliverables
- Monitor campaign performance and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Adapt responsibilities and lead across evolving client needs, team priorities, and new business opportunities
Skills
- 5–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital advocacy, or communications, ideally in an agency environment
- Demonstrated experience developing and leading integrated digital campaigns across email and social channels
- Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, audience segmentation, content development, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with email and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, Action Network, or EveryAction
- Excellent client management skills with the ability to confidently lead day-to-day communications and build trusted relationships
- Experience managing social media strategy and content development, with exposure to influencer or creator partnerships
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional writing, editing, and QA skills, with a sharp eye for voice, tone, and detail
- Strategic thinker who understands how digital channels contribute to broader brand, communications, and business goals
- Experience supporting advocacy, public affairs, nonprofit, social impact, or mission-driven campaigns is preferred
