Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at Bay Pines VAMC. The successful candidate will serve as the on-site lead and primary point of contact to the VA COR, overseeing all professional and technical services during the construction phase.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement the Project Management Plan, monitor project financial data, support change order analysis, and maintain and update Project Tracking Reports. Coordinate with VISN representatives, healthcare stakeholders, and construction contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant construction management experience. Experience with hospital IT/LV infrastructure construction or maintenance, Electronic Health Records Management Systems, and VA Hospitals is preferred.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Architectural, Engineering, Construction Technology, or Construction Management
- 3+ years of relevant construction management experience
- OSHA 30 certification within the last 5 years
- Project Management Professionals certification (PMP or FAC-PPM)
- Experience with hospital IT/LV infrastructure construction or maintenance
- Experience with Electronic Health Records Management Systems
- Experience with design and construction of healthcare infrastructure
- Experience with campus site infrastructure and utilities
- Experience with infection control during construction in active hospital settings
