Role Overview
As Director of IT & Infrastructure, you'll be responsible for transforming how IT works at Taxfix, from a support function into a true platform that every team in the company can build on. You'll define the infrastructure and security foundation that makes our agentic ambitions real.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include owning the vision and roadmap for Taxfix's internal infrastructure and tooling layer, leading and developing the IT team, owning all core IT operations, setting the security strategy and posture for Taxfix's systems and agent ecosystem, and managing supplier relationships.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading an IT or infrastructure function at a scale-up or regulated tech company
- Ownership of core IT operations such as helpdesk, MDM, identity management, and workplace technology
- Strong technical depth and security literacy
- Experience with agentic or AI infrastructure or genuine curiosity and a track record of fast learning in emerging technical domains
- Experience managing vendors and external partners, including evaluating and making build/buy/outsource decisions
- Familiarity with compliance and data obligations that come with operating in a regulated environment
