CPA Ontario is a unique organization that serves as both a regulator and membership body for the CPA designation, supporting over 105,000 members. They are seeking a Product Coordinator to enhance their Professional Development portfolio by ensuring high-quality learning experiences, managing course content, and coordinating marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and review course descriptions and supporting materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and strong market positioning
- Maintain high standards of content quality across all PD offerings
- Build, review and update course content across the LMS (Learning Management System), registration portal and SharePoint to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identify and resolve gaps or discrepancies in course information across platforms
- Support the evaluation and selection of third-party and internationally developed content
- Ensure new and existing offerings align with CPA Ontario’s learning strategy and member needs
- Support the execution of promotional offers and campaigns, ensuring course information and pricing are current
- Coordinate update to promotional content across relevant channels
- Maintain curated course listings and featured content on the CPA Ontario storefront
- Support efforts to improve discoverability and presentation of key offering
Skills
- A post-secondary degree or diploma is preferred with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional work experience in an administrative role
- Experience in a learning and development or education setting is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
- Committed to ongoing training and a desire to learn new technology and continually expand upon knowledge and expertise
- A skilled communicator (verbally and written) with the ability to obtain and provide information in a clear and concise manner
- Able to work in collaboration with others and independently
- Able to work in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision
- Adept at time-management, organizational and multi-tasking with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet simultaneous deadlines while meeting targets
