In this role, you will focus strictly on the clinical "start-of-care" and quality oversight process: Admission Assessments: Conduct initial assessments for new clients to establish their care plans. Supervisory Visits: Perform routine check-ins to monitor client progress and provide guidance/supervision to our in-home Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). Clinical Documentation: Complete visit reports electronically to ensure compliance and quality of care. Requirements • A current, unrestricted Georgia LPN or RN license. • At least one year of nursing experience. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for travel within our service area. • Self-motivated professionals who can work independently and communicate effectively with the care team. • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
