**Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Answering phones**: Respond to member calls in a friendly and professional manner, using our information script.
* **Greeting members**: Welcome new members, sign them up, and tour them around the club.
* **Logging amenities**: Record member usage of our amenities, such as the locker room and pool.
* **Responding to member questions**: Answer member queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* **Processing purchases**: Use our point-of-sale system to process beverage and merchandise sales.
* **Promoting fitness classes**: Encourage members to try our unique fitness instruction classes, such as PE@PF.
* **Maintaining a clean club environment**: Ensure our club is clean, sanitized, and safe for members to use.

**Job Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* **Customer service experience**: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* **High school diploma/GED equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
* **Age requirement**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
* **Basic computer proficiency**: You'll need to be comfortable using our point-of-sale system and other technology tools.
**Physical Demands**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be required to:
* **Lift up to 75 lbs**: You'll need to be able to lift and carry heavy objects, such as cleaning supplies and equipment.
* **Encounter cleaning chemicals**: You'll be exposed to cleaning chemicals during your shift, so you'll need to be comfortable working in a chemical environment.
* **Climb, balance, kneel, and crouch**: You'll need to be able to move around the club and perform tasks that require climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.
