Position: Bookkeeper
Duties and Responsibilities:
Track and manage all financial data accurately and efficiently.
Record and document all transaction details systematically.
Ensure the accuracy of transaction records, including supplier, customer, and general ledgers.
Store, organize, and maintain all bookkeeping data for easy access and retrieval.
Qualifications and Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping.
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or other bookkeeping software.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
As this is a work-from-home position, please ensure the following:
Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines.
A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions.
An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam and at least 20GB of free storage.
A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data)
