**Worksite and Schedule**
Our part-time Data Entry Clerk position is based at our West Sacramento, CA location, with a schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This is a temporary position from January to June 2025, providing a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our team's success.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Medical Claims Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Working within the Data Entry Operations Team to enter source claim documents by reviewing and correcting data deficiencies
* Maintaining a production-paced work environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Adhering to company policy and maintaining attendance records
* Delivering high-quality results consistently and meeting individual KPIs for data entered
* Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
* Completing tasks within deadlines and managing time effectively
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A high school education or equivalent
* Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word)
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently
* Punctuality and attendance are critical in this position
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Knowledge of recognition software and/or other data entry systems
* 1 year of experience in data entry or a related production-oriented field
* Ability to key a minimum of 9,000 keystrokes per hour while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate
