The arenaflex Customer Digital Personality group collaborates with various teams, including product, design, and business groups, such as Online business, Marketing, and other teams in arenaflex's revenue association like arenaflex +, Information Adventures, and arenaflex Interface, to create a comprehensive and reliable digital perspective on clients' relationship with arenaflex. The group is also responsible for driving the project process around client information and character capture and fostering a unified system around client personality. We're looking for a seasoned leader, Tasks - Character Client Experience for the arenaflex Customer Digital Personality team.
**How You Will Contribute:**
* Support the improvement of Character client experiences across a designated client experience space (e.g., store service desks, checkout)
* Break down existing CX streams at various touchpoints
* Design tests for personality capture (telephone no)
* Interpret the client experience plan that would enhance personality capture and utilization at exchange point from paper to execution plan
* Foster an execution guide for select experience execution
* Collaborate with product, field, and research groups to develop analyses
* Participate in cross-functional meetings joining forces with product and surveys and approve tests
* Oversee tests in the field
* Send tests in arrangement with arenaflex field activities groups
* Collaborate with research to decipher results
* Suggest and execute upgrades
* Track progress of the examination, set up and execute reporting structure, and develop benchmarks to beat expected challenges.

* Keep up with associations with arenaflex groups to ensure effective execution
* Catch partner needs, permitting the group to set up important business analysis
* Assemble and execute communication plans to key partners

* Assembling profound associations with colleagues to impart progress, show results, and acquire buy-in from chief authority
**Requirements:**
* Four-year college education required
* 7+ years in Tasks jobs, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in retail, store, or Omni climate
* 5+ years executing new drives in a store climate
* Solid and demonstrated ability to influence within partners
* Demonstrated insight in executing effective drives
* Experience with Agile techniques and project management tools
