**Responsibilities**
As a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online conversations, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services, and capturing valuable leads to drive revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to meet customer needs
* Providing product and service information, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our clients' evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and tools
* Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
* Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
* Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
* Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
* Be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, with the potential for up to 39 hours per week
