Role Overview
BenefitHub is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandising Associate to support the creation, management, and optimization of merchant offers across our employee benefits platform.
What You Will Do
Create, update, and maintain merchant offers, assist with offer creation, content merchandising, newsletter execution, merchant communications, and special projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce, digital content, partnerships or related field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
