Summary:
Owns day-to-day delivery of hospital billing revenue cycle technology and analytics initiatives. This role leads client working sessions, supports MEDITECH transitions, develops reporting and performance insights, and ensures high-quality, executive-ready deliverables that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Own daily project execution, workplan management, risks, and deliverables for HB revenue cycle initiatives.
• Support MEDITECH hospital billing transitions, with emphasis on reporting readiness and performance monitoring.
• Develop and document metric definitions, baseline analyses, dashboards, and reporting packages.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare clear, well-structured executive and operational presentations and status updates.
• Lead, coach, and mentor consultants and senior consultants; enforce quality standards.
Required Qualifications
• Experience supporting hospital billing revenue cycle initiatives using a technical and analytics lens.
• Exposure MEDITECH revenue cycle implementations or optimization efforts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing delivery skills.
