Description  This on-site, contract position offers a unique opportunity for professionals looking to make a significant impact in patient care and diagnostics within the medical industry. As a Locum Radiologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality radiological services, interpreting imaging studies, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient management. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs Interpret imaging studies and provide accurate reports Collaborate with referring physicians to discuss findings and treatment plans Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols Mentor and guide junior staff in radiology best practices Stay current with advancements in radiological technology and techniques Maintain detailed and accurate patient records Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in Radiology Current medical license to practice in the state 1-3 years of experience in radiology (Associate level) Proficiency in interpreting various imaging modalities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to high standards of patient care Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety protocols Skill Sets: Diagnostic or Mammography Schedule: Monday-Friday, day and swing shifts EMR: Epic PACS: Sectra Dictation: Powerscribe Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses Remote Details: Flexible Schedule: Swing, overnight, and weekend shifts EMR: Epic PACS: Sectra Dictation: Powerscribe Workstations will be provided Must be board-certified Apply To This Job
