A Typical Day as a WFH Data Entry - Customer Success Associate

As a WFH Data Entry - Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents and providing exceptional service to our customers. * Assisting and troubleshooting customer concerns, while verifying data and information using a verification process. * Addressing customer questions, displaying exceptional customer service skills, and documenting both customer concerns and solutions. * Meeting or exceeding all managed metrics, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity. * Keeping our community safe and making a positive impact through your work.

What We're Looking for in a Candidate

To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **One year of Call Center, Sales, or leadership experience**: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles. * **Strong computer skills**: Proficiency in using computers, with dual monitor experience preferred. * **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing. * **Problem-solving skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. * **Ability to handle high call volumes**: Capacity to handle a high volume of calls, while adhering to scheduled breaks and lunches. * **Reliable internet connection**: A stable internet connection, either via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi, in a quiet and distraction-free area. * **Ability to work from home**: A dedicated workspace at home, with minimal distractions and interruptions.
