Role-BSA - Property & Casualty Insurance Experience: 10+ Years Location: Onsite - This position is based in Exchange place, Jersey City, NJ . Must have Property & Casualty Insurance current background Role Overview • We are seeking a seasoned BSA with Property & Casualty Insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) with over 10 years of deep expertise in the P&C insurance domain. • This individual must have significant experience working with property and casualty insurance data, with strong knowledge of data domains and SQL. • You will work closely with our clients to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable tasks for our development team. • You will serve as the bridge between the business stakeholders and the offshore development team, ensuring all requirements are communicated clearly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Translate business needs into functional specifications for the offshore team. • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in property and casualty insurance, driving solutions and improvements for the client. • Serve as a liaison between the client and offshore technical teams to ensure the accurate delivery of business requirements. • Work extensively with P&C insurance data to help develop solutions that meet business and technical needs. • Review project deliverables to ensure they align with business goals and regulatory requirements. • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the P&C insurance domain. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry. • Extensive experience working with P&C insurance data, including data analysis, manipulation, and reporting. • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing insurance data. • Deep understanding of P&C insurance processes, including underwriting, claims, policy administration, and regulatory compliance. • Proven ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and offshore development teams. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate business language into technical tasks. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex business processes. • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers. • Previous experience in a software services environment working with insurance clients. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
