**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Principal Architect - AdTech Customer Data & Identity, you'll be instrumental in leading the development and execution of our customer personality system across AdTech platforms. Your expertise in client information stages, character charts, and universal identifiers will enable you to create a unified view of our clients, driving precise promotion targeting and activation on DSPs.
**Responsibilities:**
* Engineer and execute a comprehensive customer character arrangement custom fitted to our association's vision and objectives.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard cycles in AdTech, impacting the continuous improvement of our frameworks.
* Apply solutions like client information stages and character charts to create unified client profiles and improve personalization efforts.
* Execute universal identifiers like UID 2.0, Match and incline id to further develop information interoperability and character goal.
* Foster methodologies to gather, maintain, and utilize client information effectively while ensuring compliance with data security guidelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and data analysis to drive strategy and achieve business objectives.
**What We're Looking For:**
* Four-year college education in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
* 8+ years of experience in a data innovation solutions design role
* 3+ years of experience working in client character management
* Broad experience in AdTech, with a proven history of designing and implementing large-scale promotion delivery frameworks
* In-depth knowledge of client information stages, personality diagrams, and universal identifiers
* Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing
* Experience with data development strategies and tools
* Strong critical thinking abilities and the capacity to decisively think
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
* Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
* Experience with data analysis tools for performance monitoring and enhancement
* Past experience with architecting solutions
**What Will Set You Apart:**
* Graduate degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
* Working experience ideally in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment
* Data Clean Room experience is a plus
* Experience with online client information security and/or Consent/Personality Management tools
**Compensation and Benefits:**
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $132,000 to $193,600, based on work-related, non-biased factors like experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
