**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Database Analyst to join our team. As a Database Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases to support our business operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize database requirements. **Key Responsibilities**
* Design, implement, and maintain databases to support business operations, including data modeling, database schema development, and data migration
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize database requirements, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security
* Develop and implement SQL database queries, stored procedures, and functions to support business needs
* Perform database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient data processing and retrieval
* Develop and maintain database documentation, including data dictionaries, schema diagrams, and technical documentation
* Participate in database backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and availability
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize database requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in database administration, development, or analysis
* Strong knowledge of database management systems, including SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL
* Experience with database design, development, and implementation, including data modeling and schema development
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Experience with database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting
* Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with cloud-based database platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
* Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools, including Tableau and Power BI
* Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, including Power BI and Tableau
* Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
* Experience with database automation and scripting, including PowerShell and SQL Server Agent
* Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA
