About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented entry-level data analyst to join our team. As a data analyst at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in driving business success through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing complex queries, reports, and packages to meet business needs
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and software development
- Designing and developing packages for internal clients
- Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Presenting analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2-4 years of experience in most of the following areas:
- Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.)
- Excel
- Visual Basic for Applications
- Reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
- Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL
- Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
We're also looking for candidates with experience in:
- Reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of careerzynith systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience
Required Education
You'll need a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent field of study.
