Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Hybrid Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance and support to resolve equipment issues, answer product application questions, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering hotline phone calls, responding to emails, and chat requests to assist customers with equipment issues and questions
- Communicating effectively between end-users and internal sources to resolve equipment issues
- Maintaining knowledge of all arenaflex private brand customers
- Entering orders, checking the status of orders, and updating customers on back-order items
- Processing warranty registrations
- Dispatching service providers
- Assisting in training service providers, distributors, reps, and outside sales
- Reporting issues back to the correct departments to improve equipment
- Answering product application questions about installation, change intervals, where to purchase, etc. from multiple private brand customers
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics of service equipment
- Reading electrical/hydraulic flow diagrams
Your Experience & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma
- At least two years of customer service or call center experience; preferably in the auto industry
- General Automotive knowledge
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, Excel, and Access)
- The ability to work occasional weekends
