We are a boutique, established property management company seeking a designated Principal Broker/Property Manager to attach their license to our existing Registered Business Name (RBN). This is a fractional, interim, or long-term oversight role designed to ensure our company remains fully compliant with Oregon Real Estate Agency regulations. If you are looking for a predictable monthly income with minimal, flexible hours and a highly organized team handling the daily grind, this is the perfect fit. What You Will Do (Scope of Work): • License Attachment: Maintain your active Principal Broker license attached to our firm/RBN to meet state regulatory requirements. • Compliance Oversight: Provide the legally required statutory oversight of our real estate and property management activities. • Periodic Reviews: Conduct light, periodic reviews of client trust accounts, property management agreements, and lease templates to ensure alignment with state laws. • Availability: Be reasonably available via phone or email for occasional consultations or escalation questions from our operations team. What We Provide: • Full Operational Support: We have an experienced team handling day-to-day tenant relations, maintenance, marketing, and daily accounting. • Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance: Covered under the company policy. • Streamlined Systems: Clean books, organized digital files, and modern property management software that makes periodic auditing simple and stress-free. Requirements: • Must hold an active Principal Broker/Property Management License in Oregon. • Knowledge of state real estate laws, trust accounting rules, and property management regulations. • Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required prior to interviewing or sharing proprietary business, financial, or client data. • Clean regulatory track record with the Real Estate Agency/Board. • Perfect for a semi-retired broker, independent consultant, or professional looking to monetize their credentials with low overhead. Schedule & Commitment: • Hours: Highly flexible. Estimated at 5–10 hours per month, largely working from home. • Compensation: Guaranteed monthly flat-rate retainer fee.
