You'll be working remotely, using your technical skills and language abilities to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide support through various channels. If you're a self-motivated, success-driven individual with a passion for customer service and technology, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls, online chat, and email support - Manage customer accounts, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and informed support - Meet or exceed performance metrics and attendance standards - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** - 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 35 mb/s and a hard-wired ethernet connection - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** - Previous experience in customer support or technical support role - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a Call Center environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish Bilingual, a plus **What We Offer** - Competitive hourly rate of $16.00 - $17.50 - Performance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to the base pay - Paid Training and onboarding program - Full-Time, Seasonal role with opportunities for career growth and advancement - Collaborative and supportive team environment - 401K Match and Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) - Paid time off (PTO) - Flexible work schedule and remote work options - Opportunities for professional development and continuing education **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for technology and language, we want to hear from you!
