This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping clients protect their futures while advancing your sales career in a supportive environment. • *Responsibilities • Develop new client relationships through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns. • Assess clients’ insurance needs by analyzing their financial situations and personal circumstances to recommend appropriate coverage options. • Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction. • Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation. • Conduct retail sales activities by presenting insurance products clearly and effectively to prospective customers. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims processes when necessary. • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products through various channels, including multilingual outreach efforts to diverse communities. • *Skills • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry. • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals while maintaining positive client relationships. • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are highly valued). • Solid analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. • Knowledge of sales administration processes and benefits administration practices. • Ability to adapt marketing strategies for different audiences and utilize analysis tools for market insights. • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations related to customer privacy and confidentiality in health-related insurance products is a plus.
