You will work directly with individuals in your community, providing personalized insurance solutions that meet their healthcare needs while creating meaningful relationships and lasting impact. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through community outreach, outside sales, referrals, telemarketing, networking, and retail or local marketing opportunities. Educate clients on Medicare options, coverage details, benefits, and enrollment choices in a clear and professional way. Analyze client needs and recommend suitable Medicare insurance solutions based on their individual situation. Build trust with clients by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Manage sales activity, applications, follow-up, lead tracking, and client communication with professionalism and accuracy. Use marketing and relationship-building strategies to grow your Medicare client base in your local market. Maintain compliance with Medicare, carrier, HIPAA, and industry regulations when handling client information. Experience Active insurance license required. Medicare sales experience is preferred, but we are open to licensed agents with strong sales ability and a desire to grow in the Medicare space. Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, customer service, financial services, or insurance sales is highly valuable. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate, connect, and build trust with clients. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as an independent contractor. Ability to follow compliance guidelines and maintain professionalism when handling sensitive client information. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. A growth mindset, strong work ethic, and desire to build a long-term business are highly encouraged.
