Position Summary
We're looking for a sharp, organized, and people-savvy Influencer Coordinator to support influencer campaigns and ambassador programs across our client portfolio. You'll be in the mix on everything. From scouting talent and managing communities to keeping projects on track and making sure the reporting tells the right story.
This is a fully remote role reporting directly to our Vice President of Influencer Strategy. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love the intersection of culture and sport, and have a knack for keeping a dozen plates spinning without breaking a sweat, we want to hear from you.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 - $60,000 (+ bonus). Actual salary will vary based on the candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

Spot trends and surface insights — not just numbers
What we’re looking for
We're not just listing buzzwords here. These are the real things that make someone thrive at BibRave.
Exceptional social intelligence. You can read a room, shift your register, and make anyone feel like you get them
Obsessive organization. You're the person who already made the checklist before the meeting started
Crystal-clear business writing across email, Slack, Monday.com, decks, and everywhere else
A bias toward action. You don't wait for problems to become crises; you solve them before the deadline
Composure under pressure. Shifting KPIs and tight timelines don't rattle you, they motivate you
Self-direction. You set your own deadlines, meet them, and tell someone when you won't
Attention to detail. The kind that would notice an easter egg hidden in a job description
We require…
