CLOSED - Young Leader Coordinator - Multiplication + Expansion

SUMMARY OF ROLE  This position is responsible for strategizing the identification, recruitment, and development of emerging young leaders to maximize our mission of more and growing leaders through multiplication and expansion. This includes but is not limited to developing young leader cohorts, creating content, tracking engagement, and building relationship with young leaders and partners in the field       ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES  Develop and Implement strategy for Young Leader (YL) Funnels + Cohorts  Plan and coordinate Pillar events in calendar year  Collaborate with Multiplication + Expansion Team and One Team to create ways of identifying and recruiting emerging young leaders  Develop and coordinate YL cohorts for leadership growth   Lead process to create content/resources for YL Cohorts  Track engagement and development progress, as well as gather feedback to improve YL offerings  Maintain database of young leader participants  Facilitate communication with participants (partner with comms, events etc.)  Work in partnership with M+E Team/ One Team to create pipelines from funnels + cohorts into broader Foursquare opportunities  Work in partnership with M+E Team/ One Team on strategy to promote available opportunities for YL's  Network/build relationships with young leaders and partners in the field  Other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisory team leader    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES  Demonstrates humility and a growth mindset with an attitude of servant-leadership, placing serving over being served and collaboration over individualization  A commitment to The Foursquare “one-team” growth culture with a stand and personal commitment to life-long learning and growth  3+ years of ministry leadership experience   Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent level of experience, training and education  Ability to work remotely effectively both independently and as part of a team  Level of professionalism and spiritual maturity with the ability to partner in sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality  Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear communicator  Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, create timelines and meet project deadlines; attention to detail  Organized, self-starter with a positive attitude  Adaptable and able to learn quickly; strong problem-solving abilities  Experienced with using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) including collaboration applications (Teams, etc.)  Bilingual: ability to speak, listen, read, and write fluently in Spanish is helpful  Ability to travel as requested      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS  Must have the ability to sit for extended periods of time; exhibit manual dexterity of fingers, hands and wrists; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the phone; have the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; the physical agility to lift up to 25 pounds.    The above statements describe the general nature and level of work performed by those assigned to this position.
