## Key Responsibilities - **Implementation & Configuration**  - Lead full-cycle Oracle Risk Management Cloud implementations (design, configuration, deployment).  - Configure advanced/ adaptive automated controls, risk monitoring frameworks, and user access certifications.  - Integrate RMC with other Oracle Fusion applications (Finance, SCM, HCM). - **Security & Access Management**  - Design and implement Oracle Fusion Security models aligned with business needs.  - Manage cross-application access controls and enforce SoD rules, including resolution of SoD violations  - Define and monitor user roles, privileges, and responsibilities to reduce risk. - **Risk & Compliance**  - Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, technical, and operational risks.  - Implement risk and control frameworks in line with compliance regulations (e.g., SOX).  - Monitor risk indicators and drive mitigation strategies across functional and technical areas. - **Governance & Collaboration**  - Support governance frameworks established with RMC.  - Partner with Finance, IT Security, and Audit teams to align risk controls.  - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder knowledge-sharing. - **Documentation & Support**  - Maintain documentation for risk frameworks, security configurations, and compliance processes.  - Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and upgrades for Oracle RMC. --- ## Required Skills & Experience - **Experience:** 6–9 years in Oracle Cloud applications, with specialization in Risk Management and Fusion Security. - **Technical Expertise:**  - Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).  - Deep understanding of Fusion Security, SoD, and access management.  - Familiarity with automated controls and compliance frameworks. - **Functional Knowledge:**  - Risk and control processes in finance and IT.  - Governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (SOX, internal audit). - **Consulting Skills:**  - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.  - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
