**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll be responsible for managing and responding to incoming emails, processing high-volume data entry, and maintaining accurate records. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and respond to incoming emails directed to the arenaflex Customer Support team, focusing on forms and data questions
* Process high-volume data entry of Wellness Program participation, including overall program participation, visit verification, and health metrics
* Accurately enter protected data into the arenaflex Wellness Portal and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
* Receive and review customer forms submissions for accuracy and completeness
* Communicate with program participants regarding their form submissions as needed to ensure all information is entered correctly and completely
* Review and audit previously entered forms for completeness and accuracy, communicating any discrepancies to the Customer Support Senior Manager and Account Manager as needed
* Ensure all incoming forms are processed and/or audited within communicated deadlines
* Communicate with Wellness Coordinators and Managers to inform them of participation updates and program feedback
* Maintain a high level of data entry accuracy
* Assist with customer support activities, including calls, chats, and emails as needed
**Requirements**
* 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus, preferred
* Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace
* Experience working with inbound and outbound calls is a plus
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
* Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
* Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items
* Strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated

**Work Environment**
* This job routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers and phones
* This position is a fully remote position, reporting into our home office in Malvern, Pa. Local candidates can have the option of hybrid work in office and remote if desired
* Because you will be handling confidential client information, you must work from your designated home office. You cannot work in a public location
* Computer and VPN access are provided. Employee must provide their own internet access
* The hours for this position are an 8-hour daytime shift, based on the selection at the time of offer
