Job Description:
• Support the planning and execution of field marketing events aligned to Account Based Marketing and vertical marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate event timelines, logistics, and operational workflows to ensure seamless execution from planning through post-event reporting.
• Own event logistics including venue sourcing and coordination, contract negotiation support, vendor management, catering coordination, A/V and production management, event signage and branding, swag and promotional materials.
• Ensure all event deliverables are executed on time and aligned to brand standards.
• Build and maintain event calendars and timelines.
• Manage registration platforms, attendee communications, confirmations, reminders, and on-site check-in processes.
• Coordinate run-of-show execution and support day-of event logistics to ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
• Manage event budgets, purchase order processing, vendor reconciliation, and expense tracking.
• Capture and upload event leads into CRM systems within 48 hours post-event.
• Develop post-event reporting and recaps, including attendance metrics, registration-to-attendance conversion, attendee engagement, pipeline impact, and recommendations for future optimization.
• Partner closely with marketing, sales, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across event goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate on-site staffing and support effective communication across all teams involved in event execution.
• Track and report on key event KPIs including events delivered on time and within budget, attendee satisfaction, lead capture metrics, pipeline generation, and event engagement performance.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event management, experiential marketing, or campaign operations within B2B technology or SaaS environments.
• Experience managing multiple events and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience coordinating event logistics, vendors, and attendee communications.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel for event execution as needed.
• Familiarity with CRM and event registration platforms.
