**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Student Success Coach, you'll play a critical role in supporting students throughout their education program at arenaflex. You'll work closely with students to identify their strengths and challenges, develop personalized plans to help them achieve their academic goals, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their learning experience. This is a remote work opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support enrollment, student development, and retention services while ensuring a quality learning experience for our students
* Manage a group of assigned students and coach each through their degree program, through proactive and timely outreach
* Encourage and support students through daily and weekly outreach as they work to develop skills and knowledge for academic success
* Provide a trusted environment where students can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests
* Offer and teach students how to use resources to help maximize the success of each student
* Become a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support
* Be a liaison for students, enabling them to connect with various departments
**What We're Looking For**
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
* Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling
* Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
* Ability to learn technical skills quickly
* Excellent communication/listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
* Strong customer support focus and attention to details

**Schedule**
* 8 hour shift
* Monday-Thursday: 8am to 7pm CDT
* Friday & Saturday: 8am to 5pm CDT
* We hire people from all time zones that have availability during our hours of operation, in support of our students.
