**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative / Package Handler Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages to our customers. You'll work closely with our team to monitor shipping dashboards, inspect product boxes, and process outbound shipments. **Key Responsibilities**
* Monitor the employee's shipping dashboard for incoming orders and packages
* Stay available to receive shipments at the designated address
* Inspect product boxes for damage and take and upload photos
* Consolidate or process outbound shipments according to customer wishes and instructions provided
* Deliver packages to local postal locations and ship them using provided shipping labels
* Work at your own home or home office, with flexible hours available

**Qualifications**

* The company will provide training during the probationary period
