As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications * Validating the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners * Ensuring PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry accuracy as the front line for data entry, including pushing back where the data submitted is incorrect or subpar * Checking and validating the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases * Being the customer-facing voice and developing creative solutions to customer issues, providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals * Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken * Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process * Supporting the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax, researching responses with sales * Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies * Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies **Essential Qualifications** To be successful as a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED * Three (3) years' relevant work experience **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, experience as an account representative and proficiency in Oracle are highly desirable. **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Proficiency in data entry and accuracy, with attention to detail and a focus on quality * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems and data management software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have access to: * Ongoing training and development opportunities, including workshops, webinars, and conferences * Mentorship and coaching from experienced colleagues and leaders * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within the organization * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive, inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
