**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a seasoned professional, you'll be responsible for responding to complex customer inquiries, preparing quotes for repairs, and placing customer orders. You'll also develop and broaden relationships with customers to fully understand their needs and wants, providing guidance and advice to less experienced Customer Service Representatives. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to complex customer inquiries regarding products and quotes for customers, providing accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Influence Motion gross profit through negotiating the sale price and purchase price, within certain parameters, to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
* Monitor service requests and assign technicians to appropriate jobs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
* Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status, maintaining open and transparent communication channels.
* Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with arenaflex policies.
* Build customer relationships to drive repeat business by relating to the customer and driving process improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
* Expedite backorders, pulling inventory and preparing orders for shipment to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
* Source products from branch inventory, distribution center inventory, or supplier inventory, determining the most cost-effective shipping method for customer orders.
* Handle customer returns, resolving issues and providing excellent customer service.
* Provide coaching, guidance, and direction to less experienced Customer Service Representatives, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
* Assist less experienced Customer Service Representatives with addressing customer needs, including locating items and resolving problems.
* Work directly with Service Technicians in the shop to determine corrective repair actions, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
* Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team and the company.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
* Mechanical and/or Industrial parts experience preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
* Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in arenaflex systems and software.
* Strong product knowledge, with the ability to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
* Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to influence customer decisions and drive revenue growth.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or customer service.
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with a strong understanding of the company's mission and values.
* Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
