We're committed to excellence and collaboration, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **What You'll Be Doing** As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional support to all users of the platform before, during, and after their event * Running regular webinars for event organizers and exhibitors to educate them on the platform's features and best practices * Collaborating with the event team to create engaging content for attendees, exhibitors, and organizers * Providing online and/or onsite support for events throughout their duration, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders * Serving as the voice of users to improve the product, providing valuable feedback to our development team **Your Profile** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high level of English and any other language will be appreciated! * Prior experience in customer service, support, or project management * Experience and/or interest in tech and events * Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with users from diverse backgrounds * Collaborative skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team * A service-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * A startup mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and innovate quickly * Passion, proactivity, and a commitment to excellence **Swapcard's Interview Process** Our thorough interview process aims to identify exceptional talent to advance our mission while offering you a chance to explore your career potential at arenaflex.
