As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound/outbound calls and/or the internet
- Resolve routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and services

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Open availability (this is a seasonal position)
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a remote customer service role
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with ticketing systems and workflow management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- RAM: 8GB or higher
- Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
- Internet Requirements: DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable)
- Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher
