**Job Description:**
As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in our High-Level Investigation and Content Development team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Applying Advanced Analytical Techniques:** Use data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI to drive business decisions and uncover new opportunities.
* **Analyzing Client Behavior:** Examine client behavior, including viewing patterns and preferences, to identify neglected client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
* **Predicting Content Performance:** Use data to predict content performance and inform procurement decisions.
* **Streamlining Content Launch and Episode Release:** Optimize our content launch and episode release process to improve engagement and retention.
* **Testing Marketing Strategies:** Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention.
* **Ideating and Developing New Metrics and KPIs:** Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform business decisions.
* **Providing Ad-Hoc Analysis:** Provide impromptu analysis to support business decisions and drive growth.
* **Communicating Insights:** Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field:** A strong foundation in mathematics and statistics is essential for this role.
* **At Least 2 Years of Experience in Data Analysis:** Proven experience in data analysis, including experience with SQL, R, and Python.
* **Experience with Statistical Analysis and AI Methods:** Experience with statistical analysis and AI methods, including decision trees, regression, and clustering.
* **Strong Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
* **Ability to Work Independently:** Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems.
**Nice to Have:**
* **Master's Degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field:** A graduate degree in a related field can be beneficial for this role.
