Our team is passionate about what we do, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this exciting journey. **Job Summary** As a Remote Work From Home Data Entry Clerk / Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers who require assistance with a range of support plans and services. Your primary responsibilities will include: **Key Responsibilities** * Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries * Update and maintain customer call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles * Manage support; profile page creation/updating * Filing, Information access, and Document production * Create and update customer service issue tickets * Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs * Manage the business's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and customers.
